“A fantastic pub to stay and eat in. Staff were welcoming. Room large and comfortable. Food was amazing, both the evening meal and breakfast were so tasty. Great location for Lydford Gorge or Dartmoor. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely lunch here with my friend last week (9/5/2024). The garden is beautiful with views of Dartmoor and a stream running through. Service was attentive, a really good choice of ales and the food was lovely too. I had the open steak sandwich which was cooked to my preference, with truffle fries which were lovely. My friend had ham-egg-chips and he cleared his plate. Portions were plentiful, overall a lovely experience.”

“Popped in on our way to our holiday home, we were just about to go to the garage and saw the sign for the Post Inn that made us chuckle ? so we chose a decent lunch over a garage sandwich! Glad we did!
Received a warm welcome from the bar staff and seated quickly. Lots to choose on the menu, we went for ham, egg and chips and a jacket spud. All delicious!
Beautiful little village location and amazing views from the beer garden. We were lucky to have a visit from their resident bulldog, who kept us company whilst we ate.
