Very unhappy customer getting extremely bad service from Tesco's mobile. My Wife recently died but when I tried to get the account we have had with Tesco's for many years transferred into my name everything went wrong. The store said it was no problem they needed to close the account move my wife's mobile number to pay as you go and then my daughter and I would get new sim cards. However I have not had new sim cards and my daughters mobile and mine have been cut off since yesterday. This is a time when we need to be in constant communication and we are not. I have made four calls to Tesco's customer service but no one can seem to help me. The last one just told me to wait until the new sim cards turn up which may not be for another 3 days. I can't express how stressful this has been. I cannot recommend Tesco's to anyone now as no one seems interested in sorting my problem.

Excellent customer service apart from long wait as only 1 member of staff on duty.Bought a flip.on sim only deal and was surprised to find that there was no charger supplied. Returning to the store I was surprised to be told that the charger was extra..

Upgraded my phone recently, problem with new phone but staff really helpful in exchanging faulty units and transfering data etcAnd fixed price through contract, what could be better.
