Very unhappy customer getting extremely bad service from Tesco's mobile. Excellent customer service apart from long wait as only 1 member of staff on duty.Bought a flip.on sim only deal and was surprised to find that there was no charger supplied. Returning to the store I was surprised to be told that the charger was extra..

Upgraded my phone recently, problem with new phone but staff really helpful in exchanging faulty units and transfering data etcAnd fixed price through contract, what could be better.
