“I posted my Son's Birthday card in the post box outside the sorting office at 8.15pm the night before his birthday which is on the 28th Dec. To my horror the box was empty so I thought he'd get it late. I rang him 8.30 the next morning to wish him happy birthday and to apologize for his card not arriving. Yes it did, he said, the postman dropped it in at 7am. I know it's fairly local (10miles) but those guys have never let me down yet.”

“When everyone moans about post office counter staff (and I have done so in the past) it is SO refreshing to come to a counter where the staff are genuinely helpful (in spite of know it all customers), patient and cheerful. Well done to the two ladies in the NA post office this afternoon at around 3.00 pm. Really good service, polite, smiling and helpful. Excellent.
