“We have just had a three night stay at this gem of a hotel and have loved every minute, the hosts are wonderful and so friendly , the food was absolutely delicious, such a relaxed atmosphere and we were made to feel so welcome and could not fault a single thing, thank you so much.”

“We love Devon but usually go self catering. This time we booked a romantic B & B short break away. We chose the Choughs Nest Hotel out of curiousity, having walked past it so many times en route from Lynton to the Valley of the Rocks and we weren’t disappointed. We had a fabulous room with a large en-suite - the bed was so comfy and the views were spectacular. The family running the hotel were lovely, really pleasant and friendly. We will recommend and return next year. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special ?”

“Sam and Annie do the most incredible job of running this wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of Lynton and are the loveliest people. Our room was absolutely perfect in every way. Everything has been thought of to make our stay the best ever. Lots of brilliant recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we found very helpful. The views are incredible. “Lovely venue, reasonable priced, bedrooms very nice. Clean comfortable and nicely done. Food ok - pub grub. Owner was selling but still made the effort to make us feel welcome. Short walk to the beach.”

“Always feel welcomed here. Have stayed five times. Service is first class and the food is absolutely excellent. Just remember it's an old coaching Inn so rooms have to accommodate the structure of the building. They are still very comfortable and the views are amazing.”
