“Just back from a wonderful relaxing weekend break with my husband at this beautiful b&b.From the moment we arrived it felt so welcoming and warm.Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.The breakfast was outstanding, and such a varied and amazing quality choice!I must say that the freshly baked muffins and pastries were delicious!!We will most definitely be staying again at this little gem, with amazing sea views!Rooms: We had a superior sea view room that was beautifully decorated, warm and had everything you needed!The shower was lovely and powerful too! Excellent choice of teas to!”

“Sam and Annie do the most incredible job of running this wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of Lynton and are the loveliest people. Our room was absolutely perfect in every way. Everything has been thought of to make our stay the best ever. Lots of brilliant recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we found very helpful. The views are incredible. We could see all the way to Wales. Breakfast was amazing, with even more of those incredible views. Thank you so much for a fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work. “Came for Sunday lunch so can’t review the rooms but the food was first class and very good value for money, the service efficient and friendly and the location is one of my favourite places. Will definitely be back, thank you!”

“Can't give info on staying here only on foot and ails plus disabled access great they've got a ramp portable.But there are issues with access to toilet and 2 set's steps plus 1 small step which was very annoying but doable. Access to toilet is one big step down so be prepared.Alis are brilliant food okay but mash is packet powder I'm no expert.”
