Quite slow

Like most pharmacies, patients are just a number here, and Boots confidentiality practice needs to improve in line with the DPA and GPDR. Pharmacy shop assistants -everywhere - seem to learn the question "what address is it?", parrot fashion, and cannot ask anything else. Acceptable ID should suffice, anywhere. It is neither confidential or professional conduct to broadcast patient information in public. Otherwise, under the new management here, locals (who are also patients) have seen some slight improvements in Boots Combe Martin.

A bit expensive and not really confidential. Under privacy and confidentiality rules, Boots Combe Martin staff shouldn't be asking patients to state their name and address in front of other customers. Under its new local management, customers and patients are finally being treated with dignity and respect at this branch. But patient confidentiality needs to improve.

If you take a prescription to be filled, avoid lunchtimes and Saturdays as you will have 20+ minute wait

Boots in Combe Martin: AVERAGE. This Boots Pharmacy is like any other dispensary, average, with the service standard we are entitled to expect. A little better than Lloyds Pharmacy in Ilfracombe. This Combe Martin Boots branch rotates staff which means poor continuity and the occasional uppity and difficult staff member, easily put in their place when they're rude.

Surprisingly wide range of products for such a small place. Friendly service.

Very expensive as well as friendly, and these people have far too much access to our private details - imho. Boots Combe Martin EX34 North Devon is usually efficient and friendly, but they seem to change or rotate staff, which in some cases has led to poor continuity and (dangerously) disrupted prescriptions. The other bugbear is the idiotic shouting out of private details and addresses in the shop.
