Like most pharmacies, patients are just a number here, and Boots confidentiality practice needs to improve in line with the DPA and GPDR. Pharmacy shop assistants -everywhere - seem to learn the question "what address is it?", parrot fashion, and cannot ask anything else. Acceptable ID should suffice, anywhere.
