Very poor. How can you be running 15 minutes late at 0900? Attended at 0900 for my 0905hrs appointment and was still sitting in the corridor at 0920. Very disappointing, no explanation of any delays on arrival, people have busy lives, other appointments etc etc. This is the second experience with Specsavers in Honiton...
