They arranged and explained delivery process very quickly after the order, making sure the dates were good for us. Ordered a pocket sprung futon, everyone in the house thinks its very comfy, and it is much better than our old futon ever was.”

“I searched high and low for matresses made of natural fibres and free of fire retardents. Cottonsafe were the best/most affordable I found and I bought two Appledores. They are beautifully made and you can tell that they have been hand crafted. I chose the medium hardness but found this too soft on the bigger mattress, so got in touch with the company. We discussed things and decided to wait a while on their advice to see if my body adjusted. When I found that it didn't, I got in touch again and Cottonsafe honoured their 40 day promise and made a brand new mattress for me that was firmer. They delivered the new one and picked up the original one, with little fuss. I really appreciated this, as it's a small company. They are both beautifully crafted mattresses, really comfortable, and I sleep really well knowing they are made of just cotton,wool, and springs- no nasties. They did smell a bit sheepy to start with due to the wool, but that went quickly. I'd buy from them again, but they feel like life long mattresses hopefully.”
