I had an awful experience with Cambridge Futons and will never be buying from them again. I ordered a futon online which went mouldy about two weeks after it arrived - the mould exposure incurred made my partner and I ill for weeks after. This is the second futon I have bought from Cambridge futons. The communication is great, emailing me to ask what date I want delivery.
