Arranged callback from store but gave them the wrong number so I didn't get the callback. In the end I popped into the store and resolved question in 5 minutes. “The Sales Service person I know called "Dan" is Fantastic! His manors are impecible, and he treats everyone with a smile and couldn't be more accommodating!! However the Rude member of staff that thinks he's in charge ( day shift) is terrible! Grunting /shouting at customers, and if you have a problem and ring he more than likely puts the phone down on you! He's the one bad egg in what is otherwise a nice garage. Somebody please teach him manors, service, because if it wasn't for Dan, my family wouldn't be coming in!”
