I was quoted £1600 by another local body works garage and DRG fixed the problem for £180. Dave saw the car first thing on a saturday and fixed the following wednesday. “I cannot recommend Adams Autos enough. I have just had my 2018 Audi S4 in to them to have the waterpump and thermostat replaced alongside a couple of vacuum solenoids worth doing while the car is in service position. Being a hobbiest mechanic I am well aware of the time and work it takes to do this job, and my car is my pride and joy so customer care, attention to detail and care of my vehicle are huge priorities. I didn't have the time to do the job myself and was recommended Adams Autos by a friend.From start to finish the professionalism of this garage stands head and shoulders above any garage I have ever used, I was updated daily of the progress being made on my vehicle and was massively reassured in the fact that they asked to keep the car for a longer period, to make sure that the job was seamless. I was also asked if I wanted several other serviceable parts replaced which I had overlooked whilst the car was in there, and they even want as far as to replace the lost undertray fixtures that Audi Exeter left out last time.This is the type of attention to detail that makes people come back time and time again. “Simon went above and beyond for me to ensure my Van was safe and fixed as quickly as possible . Best customer service I've had for a quite a few years .I was really impressed how much he did .He even photographed the problem and emailed all the information and images of the work he carried out . And drove the Van and made sure it was good to go . It was like driving a,different Van ! He also adviced me on what else needed looking at which they weren't equipped to do . “The Sales Service person I know called "Dan" is Fantastic! His manors are impecible, and he treats everyone with a smile and couldn't be more accommodating!! However the Rude member of staff that thinks he's in charge ( day shift) is terrible! Grunting /shouting at customers, and if you have a problem and ring he more than likely puts the phone down on you! He's the one bad egg in what is otherwise a nice garage. Somebody please teach him manors, service, because if it wasn't for Dan, my family wouldn't be coming in!”
