Use to be wh smiths,great shop and the post office is the shop also

One person serving whilst there was a queue of about 20 people. Each person took about 5 minutes. All self-service tills were broken.

My rating is for the post office in this store not necessarily WHS itself. None of the SSK’s in the post office were working and two agency clerks in the bureau. Waited over 25 mins to be served. Bearing in mind it was a Friday lunchtime I visited, queue was horrendous. All I wanted to do was post my old passport... read full comment
