First time in years visiting a Santander branch for card and account issues. Staff were really friendly and helpful - banking system is still as slow as ever however could fault the service and left with everything sorted within 10 minutes.

Went in to take some cash out to pay a builder however they denied me my own money and left me stuck having taken £100 of my cash and then not allowing me to withdraw! I gave them all the proof they could ever need that I was taking the cash out for building works but they denied and told me to take it out with another... read full comment

First they close all their local branches, and then they reduce the opening times of the few they have left. It’s almost as if they don’t want you banking with them. Seriously unhelpful bank.
