Even though I was the one buying the new wing mirror glass part for my car. Paying with my money. They only acknowledged my boyfriend, offered all advice to him even after I asked a question they told him the answer and said yh just look on youtube. they completely ignored me. My boyfriend doesn’t even drive. Shame.

Just had an appalling experience at the Marsh Barton store. Tried to buy a new battery for my car- the same one i have had for 5 years which has worked fine but just went flat as i left the car idle for 2 months. As my car number plate didnt come up on the desk functionaries computer he refused to sell me a battery insisting...
