Very bad experience today, I took my son here to buy his shoes for his birthday tomorrow and he’s currently potty training, he said I need the toilet and you could see he was desperate. Poor selection of men’s shoes, poor customer service and awful handling of complaints regarding purchased shoes. Staff had little interest in address poor long term shoe comfort and just recommended thicker insoles or thicker socks.

We visited today and our teen was measured and fitted by Emma, who was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. After the purchase, we returned a few hours later with another teen and were served again by Emma. Thanks for a great service!
