It's deeply disappointing to see the Bradley's Surveyors house valuation being so far removed from other actual prices that properties have, and are, selling for in my area. It's also far removed from a recent estate agent valuation, just 4 months ago.Did Bradley even look at other property prices locally, when they valued my 3 bed at the SAME PRICE as 2 bed houses that have recently sold there?Having spoken to Bradley's, I can only raise this concern through my lender. So, there's clearly no accountability from Bradley as to the negative financial impact that such an abundantly inaccurate house valuation has on a person.
