It's deeply disappointing to see the Bradley's Surveyors house valuation being so far removed from other actual prices that properties have, and are, selling for in my area. We had the unfortunate experience of this company surveying our house!Sue Shears and her trainee came to our house ignoring any Covid safety precautions to start, then proceeded with the job in task asking for information as they went. This was obviously ignored as 80% of the report returned was made up of false information... read full comment
