On Sunday I observed a couple trying to return an unused fully packaged item. The manager proceeded to remove the item from all the packaging tested it said it was fine and refused to refund the gentleman. Then refused to repackage the item. Terrible customer service to be laughed in face by the store manager and then have a customer hear them slagging us off. I wouldn't of brought back an item if it wasn't working however it clearly isn't. I would not recommend this place at all and will never come again. Staff are always very nice and wiling to help, but the management is abusing of the self-check system. In many occasions there are none with staff to help. As a matter of fact, when there is one or maybe two tills open, the queues are long.
