Love the product, despatched quickly, that's when the problems started, I can't recall a more stressful purchase experience, the lack of empathy towards my issue, if you can stay in for the delivery between 8am and 6pm you won't have a problem, if you change the delivery address say to your work then its literally the end... read full comment

Unable to visit shop at the moment due to lockdown, but spoke to Karen on the phone and her customer service was excellent and very efficient. We received the item within 24 hours, and very well packed and not damaged at all.
