Love the product, despatched quickly, that's when the problems started, I can't recall a more stressful purchase experience, the lack of empathy towards my issue, if you can stay in for the delivery between 8am and 6pm you won't have a problem, if you change the delivery address say to your work then its literally the end of the world, TNT notification by email saying that the Xmas tree had been delivered on a secure site with 4 people using a previous delivery recipients name, sounds very dodgy, contact the shop, we can't do anything you changed the delivery address, TNT oh it was scanned in error, its out for delivery waited 1.5 hours after work upto 6pm not arrived, next day start again fighting for the £515 Xmas tree, rang shop again nothing, contacted PayPal to raise a claim, shop starts to get involved, 2 days later stay over 2 hours to wait.. Can you guess whether it arrived, no it didn't, nearly 2 weeks later the TNT driver came through security ignored the instructions and just left it outside by a door, we found it when walking round the site, despite all the issues the shop owner emailed me saying she felt compelled to respond to my angry email. I suggest anyone paying £515 for an Xmas tree to endure such a shoddy courier service, pay with PayPal or credit card or you will be stuck with nothing if you have a repeat of my experience, absolutely bizzare response from the shop. I never asked for anything but what I ordered, the washing your hands when an issue arose trying to pass the blame on to me wasn't nice, I wouldn't normally write so much but appalling experience

Unable to visit shop at the moment due to lockdown, but spoke to Karen on the phone and her customer service was excellent and very efficient. We received the item within 24 hours, and very well packed and not damaged at all.

Web site said shop open. Made a trip to have a look around at about 11 am today. Wednesday. Shop closed until tomorrow. Looks fascinating from outside. Back to web site to get some idea of items and prices. Lovely designs but no pricing. Disappointing shopping..

What a wonderful place, full of beautiful things. Karen is a lovely lady who is more than willing to talk to you about the artifacts in her beautiful shop - most of which she designs herself - if u are in Brixham pop in & feed your soul.
