“I have always been more than satisfied with Crich Pharmacy & just recently the Manageress went above & beyond her daily duties to help me out immensely . Due to a broken wrist I was unable to pick a prescription up & also card machine was unable to process a payment over the phone for it. The Manageress did not hesitate in coming up with a prompt solution & very kindly offered to drop it off for me on her way home from work one evening that week. I was extremely touched by this kind & thoughtful gesture & really appreciated this lovely lady’s help at such a difficult time. I just want to say thanks again, you really went the extra mile for me for which I really am grateful.”
