“Genuinely great staff - very helpful and super friendly.They really do care about their customers. E.g. a staff member asked if I was too warm under the heater and offered to turn it down for me. It was a little thing, but it tells you a lot about how they put their customers first.When I had my blood pressure taken and they took multiple readings - other chemists I've used in the past only took one reading in an effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you!”

“Think it's a great pharmacy,never have to wait long& all staff are so friendly & you can ask them anything & they will get the answer or advice you need.I would never go to another pharmacy as don't think any could beat this one there that good,even on the phone who ever answers they are always polite & very helpful.There such a good chemist.”

“Colin has made me new insoles so that I can continue with my sports and fitness activities. Without the insoles I would be in pain all the time. Colin is totally committed to what he does, including working with you to help you carry on with you life, pain free. Following my happy experience Colin also helped my son by making him bespoke insoles, without this he would have had to give up on some of his sporting activities. Over they last year my appointments with Colin have included some very specialist foot soft tissue manipulation, I can't recommend highly enough how effective and helpful this has been. Life improving stuff!”

“Excellent pharmacy. Light and airy with excellent staff who actually seem to care about their customers health. I used them as the big pharmacy chain had run out of statins but I did notice that quite a few of the customers prescriptions could not be fully filled due to shortages. The difference at Peak was that they could tell their customers a delivery date Boots could not.”

“This used to (until recently) be a fantastic chemist. However as with what usually happens when there is a fast turnover of pharmacist's....you get a bad egg. At present there's a bad egg. The chemist doors are regularly closed at nine am because the pharmacist is late..”

We live 2 minutes from Brimington pharmacy, and staff appeared to not want to assist in sourcing plant based fortisip at Brimington pharmacy. All my Son's prescriptions now are sent to Wheatbridge pharmacy.”

“Small and very busy but efficient and helpful staff. Very close to Dr's surgery and has a big car park. Also handy for amenities such as shopping precinct and has a lollipop lady at peak times so pretty safe for families and kids.”

“Called yesterday to enquire if family member could pick up prescription only to be told by the man on the phone don't bother coming today we aren't open now at around 1-2pm on a Friday. Told to come on Saturday morning, went down on Saturday at 11:10am and the shutters are completely down.

Edit: My review has been updated as the practice manager has since taken steps to address the incident and resolved this with me. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.”

“This pharmacy has been done up since I last visited quite a while ago. It doesn't seem to have as much 'other' stock in the shop as it used to. The lay out is better, sometimes the staff take a bit of a while to come and serve you and don't always have prescribed medication in stock.”

“Fantastic service. My usual chemist transferred me to this one as I need home deliveries. They process the prescriptions straightaway and either text or ring me to check my availability, delivering to me on the following day. Therefore I get my prescriptions within 24 hours of ordering.Fantastic service, a life saver, whilst I am pretty much housebound.”
