Booked my car in for a free brake check and the car has the brakes for life guarantee. Told by the gentleman that the brakes for life cannot be transferred to the new owner (myself) and stays with the person who purchased the brakes for life (previous owner). I've owned this car for around 7 years.
Had my van booked in for a service, explained to them that it isn’t LWB however they still seemed to have no idea but finally gave me the go ahead.
