“Had a flat tyre, pulled into the shop before they were open for business. I had my tyre replaced with a spare and was told its on the house.....I was told to come back if I ever needed anything else.Didn't quite catch the name of the 2 lovely gentlemen that attended to me but I am eternally grateful!!!”

“Took my Skoda Citigo in for an MOT and service. First time I've taken her to East Midlands Automative, apart from when a couple of headlight bulbs needed replacing, EMA was recommended by a mate. Joe telephoned when she was ready, went and picked up the car, paid, drove home. Couldn't quite work out what was different, then I realised that the car was driving like an absolute dream. Had the vehicle since 2019 and it's a great little car but in all the time I have had it, despite always having it serviced regularly it's never driven as sweetly! Huge thank you to Joe.?”

“A massive shout out to Jack, Rachel and Stacey who did everything they could to get me away on my holiday last weekend, they assisted with supplying me a new roofbox after previously being sold incorrect fittings by the stores manager for my old box, Rachel and Stacey went above and beyond and then some to make sure I got the roofbox I needed on the day ( all kinds of obstacles ), they didn't see problems, only solutions, they are a credit to the store, and massive shout out to Jack for fitting the box saving me any extra stress.

“Tyre kept going down due to a defective TMS system valve. It was replaced.
The tyre started to go down a day later.
Took it to a garage in North Wales (there for the weekend).
He checked the valve and it turns out it was an old one. Did HiQ just put my old valve back on?
It turns out they did. A complete misunderstanding. They thought i was asking for the valve to be put back to shut off the TPMS fault, but missed me saying to replace the defective TPMS valve. That was why the problems.
Having spoken to Deborah, we both now know what is needed, so I will be taking the car back to be sorted.

“Sells all the plumbing materials that you would need to do a plumbing job with friendly staff who are helpful. However, I do find them a little expensive compared with other plumbers merchants. Good carpark area for loading ”
