“My car was in for a recall, it was easy to book the appointment and all I had to do was take it in. When I did take it in I spoke to someone immediately at the service desk. She took the keys and advised it was booked in for 3 hours. She also noted that I was going to the cinema and advised that she would text me when it was done instead of ringing me like normal.The link was good because it meant I could check on it and as promised I received a text advising it was finished.It was also good to note that it took less than 3 hours but I was told not to rush as they were open until 5:30. I went to pick it up and spoke to the same lady as before. Who also advised that they done a health check on my vehicle too so it’s good to know that my car is also completely fine too.Would recommend, it was easy.”

“I shopped around to have a thermostat housing replaced. Fred Brown Car repairs were the cheapest. They did a great job and I will go to them again if and when I get more problems with my car. Bottom line Fred Brown Car repairs were £100 cheaper than one garage and £60 cheaper than another and they did a great job!”

“As a motability driver, I need my car, I had a puncture which was plugged by the RAC, who gave me the location and time this branch opened as it would be my closest branch. I was there by 9:45 for a 10am opening time, was told it would probably be 11am before they could get to my car, so decided to wait, was very pleased and surprised to have my tyre fixed and sensor reset by 10:30, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend this branch, but remember they can only fit the tyres they have, and each fitter can only do 1 car at a time ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

After failing an MOT for various, questionable reasons at another "reputable" garage and them trying to charge me the earth for repairs. I contacted HiQ, after being recommended by a friend, to see if they could take a look and a 2nd opinion. They were brilliant and showed me that said work didn't need doing at all.
