Closed an hour early at ten... said it was open online till 11. Still people in there but closed early. Outrage.

Went to cafe for coffee and cake ignored by member of staff on private phone call Ordered coffee and cake only to be told cake I wanted was still frozen and the ones on display were for display only Never heard of that before wont bother again
