“Have swapped from using Ilkeston Aldi to using Aldi in Heanor after having multiple negative experiences at Ilkeston Aldi. Heanor’s aldi is spacious and always well-stocked, the staff are so friendly (very different to my experience at Ilkeston). Additionally, it’s usually pretty quiet at the times we shop, and aisles aren’t often blocked by staff stocking the shelves. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also handy that it is part of a retail park so can nip to other shops if needed when nearby.”

“Great local shop, has a little bit of everything so you can normally get what you need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the prices for some items are a little high.”

“I had excellent customer service from Rosie today. Rosie went above and beyond when it came to help me locate several items. Always polite & with a smile, Rosie is a credit to the company.”

“This is a petrol station, drive in, get juice. There is a bit more, this one has pay at pump. Obvious positive at this time. Higher octane and lower prices, although air is pay for and car wash is a tight turn in for longer cars.”

The last 2 Sundays we have been for breakfast in the cafe.
Absolutely great service off Clare, really pleasant and helpful too. I was struggling and she helped me.
