The assistant who served me today when collectioning my on line order was friendly & helpful, however returning an item was aweful. Such a horrible experience I had in this store never visiting again as been falsely accused!!! Don't go here for exchanges or refund I'm telling you!! Wish I had head office number to explain, likely to get police involved an take the manager in this store to court then jail!!

I went to Zara today and bought several items with a 40% discount, but one was mistakenly charged at full price. This forced me to make an unnecessary second trip back to the store and pay for parking again.
