In these days of mediocre customer care how pleased we were to meet Fyza. She coped remarkably well with a pair of slightly crazy boat dwellers and was an example of customer care as it should be.

Fyza did a good job organising what I wanted. Transferring phones information from old to new phone proved to be very slow
