Zero it knowledge specially about photocopy and printing. Waited more than 45 minutes there was only one person infront of me and they took more than 45 minutes to print just a copy

I went there this morning to print only 3 papers from an email. There was a lady being served in front of me she was sending a parcel with dhl and it took 40 min for her to finally send this parcel as the staff member didn't know how to do her job. When was finally my turn the manager printed the papers as the other staff...
