I knocked a star off for its location. Kingsway is often a gridlocked tedious drag so we tend to go less often when we've got quite a few things to get.”

I had such a fantastic experience at Card Factory Derby - Intu. Mandy and Elaine were absolutely fab – so friendly, patient, and full of great ideas. They went above and beyond to help me choose and colour-coordinate balloons, gift boxes, and all sorts of lovely things for my daughter’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process fun and stress-free. They were super efficient, really helpful and made sure everything looked perfect.
