my advice is avoid Nationwide!!!! had a cash-builder account & they decided to close it because i didn't respond 2 a letter the account had £700 in it this was 3 weeks ago.. spoken 2 1 manager on the phone been into this branch twice and yet they still haven't returned my money... absolutely disgusting and criminal to...
