“I started off feeling a little bit miff off with Bennett regarding tracking of my package.Was a birthday present so there was a added anxiety.But the communications between Debbie threw email was top notch. It was actually parcelforce that didn't provide me with tracking until they delivered the item an I received it an 9.20 pm.The package was wrapped great the box inside an wrapping was a perfect example of care I will definitely be ordering from bennets again was a great experience an I was even more impressed when the item arrived. “I can walk to the one at Cavendish, or take a bus. Although it's busy in the car park, there is usually a space opens up fairly quickly. And the parking on the street is reasonable. I like the prices here, they are competitive, with new products coming in all the time. Not too long wait at the tills, and friendly staff”

I was seeking more information about the various fabric options and was fortunate to be assisted by Priya. For a young sales assistant, Priya went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an independent choice. She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice throughout the process. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to confidently choose the right fabric for the armchairs. “A beautiful store located in the cathedral quarter. Nice aesthetic and great customer service, went in looking for a brand and the lady working helped me find what I was looking for. They carry some fantastic garments. A very chilled atmosphere whilst looking around in the store. Thank you.”

“M&S within the hospital has everything needed for anyone visiting, for inbound patients that want something different to the hospital food, and for staff working within the hospital to be able to grab essential items on their way home. Not overly priced, in fact cheaper than other hospital based shop's. Everything I bought from the store was to be expected from M&S top quality, staff were really helpful and friendly with amazing product knowledge.”

“Staff are pleasant when available to serve. But this store is understaffed. Also click and collect service is not the best. On one occasion my order was given to the wrong person because the staff member did not check the name on the parcel before giving it to the customer. However, NEXT did rectify this by re-ordering the item. Thankfully I was not in a rush for this item, otherwise I may not have been so calm.\\nThere is a reasonable selection of clothing. The one thing I do like about the store is that it is reasonably quiet and you can have a good browse round without having to make your way through a crowd of people.”
