Appalled with what they did to my partner, all she wanted was the last 4 months of bank statements because we are trying to move house and they couldn't do it, this bank is making it impossible for us to finally get our own house, we are so angry

Appalling customer service, can't use card, been to see them, not been sorted, can't get through on phone, avoid this bank
