You are just about ok with this store as it’s physical but DON’T go to b and q online as they have a marketplace which I found out is a front for a dodgy supplier who sent broken goods. The managers John Smith and Lee Murdock lack basic communication and conflict resolution skills. These skills are integral to a customer facing role. Asian lady in the self service tills has the worst customer service I have ever had. Not just on one occasion but multiple times that I have been in. Ordering me and shouting across the tills that I am to use the other till. Tried to ask her her name but she refused. Awful staff!
