Bank short of staff so couldn't deal with complex issue we had at the time. The blonde lady on reception weren't so bad.

I called in to potentially open at least one new account. I had researched these online and just wanted to ask a couple of quick questions, only to be told that I would have to make an appointment for the following week as the lady who deals with it is on holiday....and I could look online. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and friendly. She offered me an appointment but I felt she dealt with my issue completely. Thank you!
