We had a marvellous stay, the room was delightful, the food absolutely delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly and the location was perfect for us being near such a beautiful area

Had lunch here and was very good. Probably the best ploughman's I've had. Homemade bread and sausage rolls. Lovely lean ham and local cheeses. Had a homemade apple and cinnamon crumble with vanilla custard for dessert and was also really good and a large portion.
