Headed into Vodafone Workington to sort out a few things with my phone contract and was greeted by Aaron. He couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He was able to sort everything out and did so in a timely manner. Whilst making sure I was informed of all the changes being made. 10/10 service.

My dad told me the staff had been rude to him, so I went in the store with him to help them understand what he wanted, and I was greeted with the same rudeness. All three staff members acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help us. We will definitely not use Vodafone for anything else now

The assistant manager with glasses and beard there seriously needs customer service lessons very very rude and talked to me like a piece of dirt... only wanted a PAYG sim and made it really hard work, ended up going to 02 for the sim card, customer service was much better and also explained things much better for my needs...also...
