“I visited the 3 shop to get some help regarding my new Samsung galaxy s22 ultra that I didn't buy from here but I do use their network and I thought that they might know how to help me with an offer that Samsung were giving away with their new flagship phone, and both daisy and Claire were very helpful and eventually daisy got me the Disney+ offer I was missing. Claire kept me talking whilst I waited for her to validate my claim of which I am eternally grateful for.This pair went above and beyond their shop duties and I couldn't thank them enough for their time when we stopped by.The 3 network is a very good network, I know this because I've tried a few and I'm happy being with them, if you ever need any help with an existing phone or perhaps a new phone, these ladies will make sure you get what you need.Stop by sometime and give them a wave if nothing else.Thanks again ladies, I will be back... “Can't praise the advisor Emily enough, she took time to find out what mobiles we were thinking off, asked us our main usage and then took us through the offers etc, she explained things step by step, ended up upgrading early, me and my wife, and even upgraded broadband, saved on both, but our contracts went to fully unlimited, included entertain pack (we chose Spotify), to top it off we can get £150 cash back, so our upgrade cost us nothing and we will have money left over, highly recommend the staff, all were so helpful, but the advisor Emily went above and beyond for us.”
