I have just encountered an extremely rude and arrogant female member of staff from AA carpets, who clearly thinks she is important.As an existing customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't waste your time with them. I wanted a quote to replace the carpet by laminate flooring. They came to the house to measure and we went 2 days after to the shop to choose a sample for the quote (they don't have any in the webpage). When we arrived to the shop they took several minutes to serve us because they were moving...

Great customer service from AA Carpets in selecting the best flooring for our living room. The team fitting were exceptional. Flooring was cut with care around the stone sides and tidy around the stairs. They cleaned up and left the place spotless. Highly recommend AA Carpets.
