Bought a £66 perfume from Carlisle Superdrug, got home and opened it and it was empty, it had been smashed. Went to Whitehaven Superdrug and was served by Jo. She was very helpful and understanding as since it wasn’t from that store she shouldn’t have really exchanged the perfume, but Carlisle store refused. Worried... read full comment
