I phoned & spoke to nick & clare & explained the situation & that we would be 10mins later than closing hours. Clare took all information off me & waited for us to pick up. “Bought a £66 perfume from Carlisle Superdrug, got home and opened it and it was empty, it had been smashed. Went to Whitehaven Superdrug and was served by Jo. She was very helpful and understanding as since it wasn’t from that store she shouldn’t have really exchanged the perfume, but Carlisle store refused. Worried I had lost £66 but Jo kindly exchanged it for me. Great service and a very kind thing for her do to. Thankyou Jo.”
