Phoned a few times, no answer so eventually went in to ask about repairs; got blank/confused stares from the receptionist, like she had no idea what I was going on about which is astounding considering this is a repair Centre. I do not recommend.

Test drove 3 cars, waited to hear back from them about one that was being cleaned up. Phoned them back and was told they would be in touch. I bought a car about 3 weeks later from CJS as I got sick of waiting.

This is a large FORD main dealer but don't let this put you off. Unlike many main dealer networks these days this place has great knowledgeable staff that are extremely helpful and accommodating and their service department does exactly what they're supposed to and not only maintains your vehicle but actually sorts any issues that may arise with it.We've experienced many different "main dealerships" from various manufacturers and in our opinion this place stands head and shoulders above them all.
