Went in to collect a Mountain Warehouse order due to my order email saying “BOOTHS - Penrith”. The customer service colleague was condescending and unhelpful, almost mocking us by saying “this is Booths”. It turns out the Mountain Warehouse is literally joined to the building next door which surely she could have...

Our founder Edwin Henry Booth had one simple aim, to sell the best food and drink available, in attractive stores, staffed with first class assistants.
