“Aldi at Penrith is fantastic and the only Aldi I have visited that still has the chocolate milk which is the best sold by any supermarket. Living in Hertfordshire I have visited many Aldi and have not be able to buy this. It is just like Micky which United diaries used to sell in the sixties”

“Free limited large parking outside see signage. Extensive range of frozen, good choice of drinks, all reasonably priced lots of offers in store,store easy to get around, trolleys outside some need a pound. Staff helpful.”

*Cranstons*: £3.85, coffee 2/10 (just not good), roll 7/10 (Cumberland is best of all deals, very peppery/spiced, no butter/only marg, nice chutneys, bread roll a bit doughy)

*Greggs*: £2.85, coffee 7/10 (actually decent, a bit highly caffeinated for me), roll 5/10 (decent at the price point, always bacon though as sausage are low quality, no butter/only marg)

*Tim Hortons*: £3.50, coffee 3/10 (just go black coffee in which case 7/10, everything else far too milky), wrap 5/10 (tastes kind of nice at the time, but you know it’s crap - like crack)

*Rheged*: £4.25, coffee 8.5/10 (no flat white option so too milky), roll 8.5/10 (good quality, butter, lovely crunchy roll, bacon or sausage as an option are fine and an extra quid for both)

“A great supermarket with a good selection of products. Generally shop here as it's one of the few who seem to stock all those random ingredients kids need for cooking lessons at school.

I would give it 5 stars as it's a good supermarket, however, the lack of changing facilities means I rarely buy clothing here as I can't try anything on and I live too far away to 'pop back and return items', therefore on that basis only I've gone for 4 stars as a changing room would be necessary for 5 stars.”

“Trollys wiped after being used which i very seeing this done most prople seemed to be social distancing which was good.lots of chose in food and pleasant assistants to help you”

“Big supermarket store, spacious huge parking, petrol station ATM coffee shop all available nearby. Almost all grocery items, frozen food items, live food items, fruits, vegetables, laundry and toiletries,alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages everything is available.. the only thing I feel uncomfortable is arrangement/ placing of things a bit confusing.( For example If I look for vegetables from a corner I prefer to get everything in a row. Here it's scattered around an area.)”
