Not dog friendly which seems like an interesting business choice to make in a place like the Lake District, especially when the gallery that the cafe is attached to, and leads on from via stairs, is in fact dog friendly.Service was slow and not particularly gracious - not rude, just not that pleasant. Lovely afternoon coffee and cake break after shopping in keswick for a few hours. The shop itself is lovely, it has very nice gifts.
