“We have lived in the town for over 23 years the lads and lasses at the Keswick depot have always been brilliant, we've never had a issue, on many occasions they have went out of their way to deliver the post they are a credit to Royal Mail.”

“Popped into and had the best customer service from a gentleman that went out of his way to try and help. Our Special Delivery had not arrived the next day, as it should of. He tried his hardest to help and even telephoned CS. No joy but he was very very helpful Thank You. PS it arrived today 2 days late???????”
