“I dropped off a large and valuable parcel with an incorrectly printed label (a missing barcode). When I went back an hour later with the proper label the parcel had already been collected, but Hayley managed to get hold of the courier and get the label united with the parcel. Outstandingly helpful - far more so than I had any right to expect. Thank you!
