Poor experience of the store in Keswick as opposed to the one in Edinburgh to which I would give 5 stars. Went into Edinburgh store not expecting to buy anything but friendly & knowledgable staff lead to us spending nearly £500 (including NHS discount) whereas went into Keswick store with the aim of buying a new fjallraven... read full comment
