Their customer service is excellent, personal, and responsive. However the phone support waiting times have increased massively lately. I waited for 30 minutes yesterday and have so far been waiting for 15 minutes today. This was a way the Cumberland differentiated itself from the big banks. Such a shame it is going down the same route.
